Refund policy

Tree Line Candle Co wants you to be happy with your candle purchase. As long as the candle is still in new condition we accept returns regardless of the reason for the return. Many of our candles are given as gifts, and we understand the additional time that may be involved from when you purchase an item to when you gift it to another. As such, we offer a generous 45-day return window.

If you would like to return a candle, please email us your request at sales@treelinecandleco.com. You may pay for the shipping yourself or we can send a USPS return label. If using our prepaid label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Your refund will be made to the original credit card used. We do not charge a handling fee.

Tree Line Candle Co is not responsible for damages incurred during shipping or in the customer’s possession.

Once your return is received in store, the item(s) will be inspected and approved (if applicable) for a refund. We send out email confirmations for returned items once processed. Allow 2-3 days for returns to be processed and a refund to be issued from the time we receive a return. If you have any questions, please reach out to sales@treelinecandleco.com.
