Shipping policy

Thank you for your order, we can't wait to get it to you!

As a limited time offer, we are happy to provide FREE ground shipping on all orders of two candles or more. For orders less than two candles, we provide UPS Ground shipping at a flat rate of $10. We do not charge a handling fee. These rates apply to all orders shipping within the continental U.S.  Unfortunately, UPS cannot ship to PO Boxes.

For orders to Alaska or Hawaii we charge a flat rate of $14 and ship using USPS Priority Mail.  For orders of three or more candles to Alaska or Hawaii we waive the shipping charges.  We do offer shipping to Canada using UPS at their prevailing rates.  For all Canadian shipping the customer is responsible for any applicable duties or import taxes.  At this time we do not offer shipping internationally to any other countries.  

Our goal is to carry most of the candles in inventory.  Occasionally we may have to make the candle once your order is placed.  The candles are made by hand in a multistep process, so we ask that you allow one or two weeks for completion of your order.  If you are worried about the timing of the shipment you can always contact us at sales@treelinecandleco.com for more information.

Once you have placed your order, you should receive an order confirmation via email. If you do not, please contact us to resolve the issue. When your item has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking number via email.
