Did you know? Located in Utah, you will find this small ski resort within Big Cotton Canyon. As part of the Wasatch Range, Solitude can be found 30 miles southeast of Salt Lake City with over 60 hiking trails.  All of the area was bought by Robert M. Barrett who was the urnaium tycoon at the time. It took him one year to create the ski resort which modernized with a change of ownership.
